The modern structure
Seven representatives sit on the Commission, one for each ancestral line and its crew. They elect the Don, Underboss and Consigliere. The other representatives serve as board members; capos direct the crews, with soldiers, specialists and associates carrying out their responsibilities.
Heritage gives a name its meaning. Appointment gives a person their rank. The current leadership record and Commission laws establish who is responsible today.
