The operator must maintain a responsible identity and monitored contact route, protect records, restrict sensitive access, respect host-platform rules, separate roleplay from real administration, and use qualified counsel when legal duties are unclear. Before accepting payments or substantial user-hosted media, the operator must also confirm processor, tax, refund, and consumer disclosures and—if Section 512 protection is sought—register and publish a DMCA agent. Payments, wagering, cash-out, and public media uploads remain disabled. Private owner screenshots are limited to counsel and never published automatically. Any future commercial project requires its own rights, platform, and legal review.
