THE FACHELLI FAMILYCOMMUNITY POLICY OFFICE
POLICY · REAL COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Community Standards

The actual behavioral rules for members, creators, administrators, collaborators, and guests participating in The Fachelli Family community.

Effective August 24, 2026 · safety revision · Applies outside the fictional story
THE CONTROLLING RULE

When an in-character order, custom, scene, or storyline conflicts with real-world safety, consent, law, platform policy, host-server rules, or this community policy, the fictional material yields immediately.

01

Adult community and mature fictional themes

The member community is 18+. Crime-drama roleplay may discuss fictional drugs, alcohol, weapons, violence, death, threats, corruption, gambling, incarceration, profanity, and other mature themes.

  • Mature subject matter must remain within agreed roleplay, host-server rules, platform policy, and participant boundaries.
  • A content warning never excuses harassment, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, graphic shock content, or real threats.
  • No sexualized minor characters, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors, or content that endangers a child.
  • The complete public advisory and reporting routes appear in Safety & Mature Content.
02

Voluntary participation

Membership, scenes, productions, and community activity are voluntary. A member may step away or leave without fictional or real retaliation.

  • No rank may pressure a member into real-world labor, payment, relationships, travel, illegal conduct, or unwanted contact.
  • Consent may be withdrawn. Respect a pause, boundary, safety signal, or decision to leave.
  • Nobody owes personal access, private information, money, or off-platform contact because of a character relationship.
03

Fiction and reality remain separate

In-character authority is theatrical. It does not create employment, financial, legal, romantic, or personal authority over another participant.

  • Promotions and demotions change fictional standing only.
  • In-character conflict cannot justify out-of-character harassment, dogpiling, exclusion, doxxing, threats, or retaliation.
  • Real disputes use moderation and documented community procedure—not fictional discipline.
  • Private information learned out of character never becomes character knowledge without permission.
04

Respect, safety, and protected dignity

  • No harassment, stalking, discrimination, hate speech, sexual coercion, threats, intimidation, exploitation, fraud, or encouragement of real criminal conduct.
  • No hazing, loyalty tests, humiliation, or manipulation disguised as immersion.
  • Respect age restrictions, platform safety requirements, personal boundaries, and content warnings.
  • Do not use the Family name, seal, Discord, or content channels to target another person or community.
05

Host-server sovereignty

The Family enters every outside server as a guest.

  • Host rules, lore, faction restrictions, staff decisions, bans, and enforcement take priority inside that community.
  • The Commission never overrules another server’s owners or administrators.
  • Transfers may preserve creative continuity but never evade a ban, punishment, investigation, or administrative decision.
  • No cross-server metagaming, private-information transfer, exploit use, unauthorized administrative data, or retaliation against host staff.
06

Scene and roleplay standards

  • Create opportunities for other players rather than treating them as props or targets.
  • Accept losses and consequences with maturity. Failure may create the stronger story.
  • Keep fictional intimidation consensual, proportionate, host-permitted, and visibly separate from real threats.
  • Do not make random violence, mechanical domination, wealth, or grinding the primary measure of contribution.
  • Respect the players behind rivals, police, civilians, staff, and competing organizations.
07

Real-world administration

Community administration—not fictional rank—handles member safety, conduct, production permissions, account access, and enforcement.

  • Moderators may pause scenes or access while reviewing a safety or conduct matter.
  • Reports should include facts, relevant records, requested resolution, and any immediate safety concern.
  • The subject of a report receives a fair opportunity to respond unless safety or law requires otherwise.
  • Actions may include guidance, content removal, access limits, suspension, removal, or referral to platform/server authorities.
08

Owner and Commission decision boundaries

Tony's private office is sealed. The Commission receives only direction he reviews and signs; crews receive only the assignment their role needs.

  • No private office conversation, unfinished recommendation, or draft option is visible to the Commission or members.
  • No promotion, demotion, punishment, ban, access change, canon change, or real administrative action occurs without an authorized human decision.
  • Sensitive complaints go directly to an appropriate real community moderator or administrator, never through roleplay counsel.
  • Members may question, correct, or appeal a decision without fictional retaliation.
  • Private messages and confidential evidence remain outside the Family directive system.
09

Private chat and communication

  • Family chat is moderated community infrastructure, not an in-character safe harbor from real policy.
  • The site performs a limited pre-publication safety screen. Clearly framed fictional drugs, violence, crime, threats, and other mature story themes remain permitted; apparent private data, real threats, exploitation, harassment, self-harm emergencies, and real criminal planning may be held before publication.
  • Automated screening can make mistakes. A held message does not by itself prove misconduct, and any person-affecting enforcement requires human review under community policy.
  • Do not post personal addresses, financial credentials, passwords, government identifiers, confidential evidence, exploits, or real criminal plans.
  • Keep important coordination concise and use the appropriate rank-controlled room. Do not use chat for emergencies or credible threats.
  • Moderators may remove individual messages. Administrators may clear a room; cleared message bodies are removed while a minimal moderation event may be retained.
10

Reporting, evidence, and moderator independence

  • Members may report a chat message without confronting the author. A report creates a private moderation event and does not establish guilt.
  • Moderators must decide real conduct matters under these Standards rather than fictional rank, crew loyalty, personal relationships, or AI advice.
  • Preserve only the minimum evidence reasonably necessary. Do not repost harmful material, collect unrelated personal information, or conduct a private investigation.
  • A person materially involved in a dispute should not be the sole reviewer when another authorized moderator is reasonably available.
  • Serious or repeated action should include the policy basis, scope, duration where applicable, and a reasonable appeal route unless safety or law requires otherwise.
11

Conflicts, appeals, and no retaliation

  • Good-faith reporting, boundary-setting, declining a scene, or using an appeal may not be punished.
  • Administrative decisions should identify the policy basis and, when appropriate, the duration and path to review.
  • A different Commission or creative decision is not automatically misconduct. Appeals focus on process, policy, new facts, or proportionality.
  • Immediate threats, credible real-world danger, or suspected crimes should be reported to the proper platform, server, or public authority—not handled through roleplay.
12

Money, simulations, and benefits

  • No real payment buys Family rank, Made status, Commission authority, chapter control, protection, story immunity, moderation preference, XP, collectibles, territory, or in-game advantage.
  • Fictional ledgers and debts have no cash value and never create real obligations.
  • No member may buy, sell, redeem, wager, cash out, or privately broker fictional records or account access.
  • Poker, betting, lotteries, raffles, loot boxes, paid chance mechanics, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and real-money marketplaces are not offered by the website.
  • Platform-approved purchases remain between the user and that provider and are not Family transactions.
  • Community support funds media and infrastructure; it never purchases authority over people or canon.

Play the character. Protect the person. Respect the host. Create more than you consume.
