The Fachelli Family is a mafia roleplay family and creative community. Its characters, titles, history, and conflicts are entertainment.

• The Modern Day Commission governs this voluntary community. Fictional obligations, rivalries, territory and story consequences do not create employment, debt, ownership or power over anyone outside the community.
• The website supports family records and creative participation. Business, brokerage, logistics, and economy services are retired.
• Any fictional currency or possessions mentioned in a story have no cash value or enforceability through this website.

• Participation is voluntary. A person may decline or pause a scene, set boundaries, or leave the community.
• Character death, major character changes, mature scenes, recording, and publication must follow applicable participant agreements and host-server rules.
• No scene, order, or claim of secrecy may prevent a safety report or legitimate contact with a platform, administrator, or lawful authority.

• Each game and server controls its own lore, mechanics, factions, and permissions.
• Core, city, and character histories are distinguished in the member archive. Cross-server knowledge, rank recognition, possessions, or advantages do not transfer automatically.
• Keep private planning and out-of-character information out of character decisions unless the host rules permit it.

• Membership, fictional rank, XP, awards, story outcomes, and community permissions are not for sale.
• No real-money wagering, paid chance mechanics, virtual-currency sales, crypto assets, or cash-out are offered here.
• Contribution recognition is a community record, not a promise of compensation, publication, or advancement.

• Harassment, discrimination, threats, privacy disputes, or consent concerns are community matters. Do not resolve them through fictional punishment.
